Welcome to McKnight Elementary School!  We are honored to serve as principals of this incredible school community.  McKnight is home to approximately 820 students in grades K–5 and is uniquely situated between the business corridor of McKnight Road and the surrounding McCandless neighborhoods. Our dedicated staff is committed to helping every child grow academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering strong partnerships with families. We strive each day to live out our core values by being Kind, Courageous, Motivated, and Responsible in everything we do.

This year, our school theme is Dream Big, inspired by Peter H. Reynolds' When You Dream Big. Throughout the year, we will encourage our students to discover their unique talents, believe in their potential, and understand that no dream is too big when we learn, work together, and support one another. We want every child to know that McKnight is a place where curiosity is celebrated, creativity is encouraged, and dreams can begin to take flight.
